With all of this beautiful weather recently, we've really started to get into the nitty gritty of our springtime here on the farm. Our little temporary greenhouse was so stuffed to the gills with seedlings that we had to build an addition! We were able to get into the fields to seed some snap peas, spinach, arugula, radishes, red mustard, and bok choi. The garlic is growing like gangbusters, as are the chicks and the piglets. The 120-ish shiitake logs that we inoculated last year are slowly waking up, and we inoculated 120-ish more a few weekends ago (they’ll produce for over 5 years!).
