Late Spring: shiitake mushrooms, early greens, radishes, etc.
Early Summer: salad mix, lettuce, greens, kale, beets, carrots, radishes, spring onions, snap peas, green beans, fresh herbs, potted herbs, etc.
Mid-Late Summer: greens, heirloom and hybrid tomatoes, slicing and pickling cucumbers, hot and sweet peppers, eggplant, carrots, fresh cabbage, kale, spring onions, fresh onions, leeks, heirloom garlic (20 varieties!), green beans, summer squash, fresh cut herbs, sunflower bouquets, etc.
Fall-Winter: greens, lettuce, kale, ; storage cabbage, carrots, beets, and onions; winter squash; leeks; garlic; free-range eggs, etc.
Late Fall: Pastured Pork CSA (stay tuned!)
Where to Buy
Though it is still a bit early to say with certainty which markets we’ll be attending, there will be opportunities to buy our delicious produce in both Dodgeville and Spring Green every week throughout the growing season. We will also have regular deliveries available to restaurants and other local businesses in both towns.
